We put in a lot of time and hardwork in creating our products and your satisfaction is very important to us!
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 
All we ask is that you drop us an message to our instagram account or email id  along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
We donot accept returns or provide refunds once the order is delivered

CANCELLATION POLICY
Scrunchies_Prettycorner allows cancellation of order within 12 hrs of order placement only.
As once order placed we will proceed with the preparation of order after 12 hrs ,so we couldnt help you in cancellation of order after 12 hrs.
